*You will receive a confirmation email immediately once your appointment is booked. If you do not receive this email your appointment DID NOT book in. Please email us to get more details or try again. *You will then receive a reminder email 24 hours before, plus a text message 2 hours ahead of the booking time. *Before your first visit you will be expected to complete a health history form. This will be sent out at the time of booking or very close to. *During COVID there are also additional consent and screening forms to be completed upon receipt.
